This is a movie that got lost somewhere along the way. I imagine the revisions to the pitch went something like this:
"A superhero movie, but with a twist. It explores the loneliness that comes with being uniquely super. The pressures, and anxiety, the foibles that come to the surface when a person is confronted with being 'super.'"
Feedback from execs/creative buyers. "We love the idea. Just a couple of notes."
